hello is there a way that the game can be put on hold.

Yes plz fix loadings screen bug I am not able to play when I login I am stuck on loading screen and the one time I logged in I click on map and crashes also I cannot click on my resources or build anything and lost all.y troops and resources from being attacked since I'm stuck in loading screen always I cannot defend so now my city is messed up ...plz resolve this issue I lost all my crud

A lot of people are having these problems. Email support at KingdomSupport@haypi.com with screenshots if you can and hope they refund your lost stuff

Was enjoying Haypi 3.0 until bam now inaccesable on iphone just check network connection messages yet network fine and working on every other app and safari, i used it to write this

I start to hate version 3..

Pls that's enough... This version make me lost a lot!! When I try to farm forts I crash and after that can't login.. This week I had 12k cats now I got 5k.. I try to rebuild then again the same thing.. Pls give me my troops back!!! I give up my archers n cavs but cats r hard to build again... I can't do it anymore.. Pls answer me..

Support is usually never on the forums. Even if they do come on all they will tell you to do is have patience and send detailed screenshots at KingdomSupport@haypi.com

So just send screenshots there and hope you get em refunded

but ı didnt keep them... ıs ıt mean ı cant take my troops back when ıts not my fault... just becouse they couldnt do ıt rıght should ı have to suffer...
