When will the sever be back online?

I know you guys are trying to fix the problem but can we at least get some periodic updates on are server it takes all of 5 mins to type something and let us know whats going a lot of us are paying customers who have invested a lot in coins not to mention all the hours and by the way really no backups really......

wow this game now sucks all troops and alliances are wiped. All builds down muliple levels. You call this a fix i dont even want to play anymore this so bad. Maybe you people should learn how to back stuff up more often before you think of making any new updates.
