A letter to Server 59 players

How does this only happen to our sever out of the hundred and some they have.I think our sever was chosen to be destroyed because we are so beast.

They didn't like how we were gettimg ahead of all the other servers so they decided to set us back

Lets sue them about 50 different times like people did to sony when psn went out lol.

support is not answering my question. I'm sure they are busy but seriously this is money that ppl have spent on the game. We are entitled to a response. No one asked them to merge the servers. And if they did they should of backed up the data before the merge. Seriously what are we paying these guys for?

To make it worse no more free coin offers for people on any apple devices.

Support is currently busy. Instead of spamming the forum with the same questions and then bash Support and Experts alike, you must also think of those who are working very hard to fix our server. Haypi is doing whatever they can to bring back our Server. Insulting the game and its personnel will not help us boost morale. Instead, we should take this positively and hope for it for be resolved soon. As Support already stated, we will be compensated. We do not know how long our Server will be back but please be patient and keep on logging in every 1-2 hours. If you cannot login then obviously our server is not fixed yet. Support is too busy to answer all of the questions here because they are busy fixing our server and I hope all of you get that. Thank you.

Well term my love maybe they should have tested the update, it's just funny how it's only 59 who got wiped that's all

I still can't log into the server. Are other people still having this problem?

I think it is funny that we know kust as much about the problem as the expert does. Hopefully this means they are working hard to fix it.
