A letter to Server 59 players

Very sad to hear that so much hard work has gone into creating this amazing new update. I hope all s59 players will keep faith and be patient as you work even harder to amend the issues.

"much hard work" would involve backing up. And messing up as badly as they did would not require much work

I am very mad at Haypi Kingdom I have spent over $400 and have iTunes back up of every thing I buy on iTunes. I hope they do fix the hard drive all get all data off or I will be calling Apple

I'm sure haypi will compensate you in some way. I hope we are remember that haypi cannot go back and change the past, but hopefully now there can be preparation to stop this in the future.

I think maybe in futre haypi should not rush the updates or at least test on there newest sever first before that might save them a lot of problems and maybe leave the game alone for a while and work on the hardware and back up systems first !!! I'm sure all players are gratefull for the new updates but just not like this maybe testing in small areas first next time

My username is Peritrope and i guess i must be on server 59, because when i tried to login, it referred me to this post.
Is there a time when i can expect to have access to my profile (cities, eqipment, etc.)? Or should i try and make a new account? Please let me know. I very much enjoy the game and would like to get back to playing ASAP.

P.s. I had all level 3 equipment except for a level 10 ring that was enhanced to level 8. I had two branch cities. At my main city, my resources were all to lvl13. At one of my branches, my resources were all at least lvl 12, but i think two of my stone mine slots were at lvl 13. At the other branch, i had all lvl 10 resources, except for crop which are all lvl 9 at that city. In addition all my tech upgrades were at least 4. I know that my resource tech upgrades were at 5, but i'm not sure about rest. Also, i had a small army of abour 300 cats. I had no coins left, but appreciate some, if the haypi gods deem it fit. If this helps expidite repairs, then great. Otherwise, let me know if i should wait for you to restore my profile, or if i should look into making a new one.

Does anyone have a estimated time for when we can get back on

So can we still get on line..? I updated the haypi kingdom app. & haven't been able to go on since. Is it just me or are we all waiting?........... Never mind I see others asking the same questions in the latter messages. I'll wait till s59 is back up.

Dale I'm guessing that we don't have any word on the situation. Why isn't the Support staff answering our questions. I want my money back if we lose everything. I have all of my transactions posted to my bank acct. What are our options if support can't fix the problem?

Well i have a account on another sever but this is my main account on sever 59 so i can still get my fix in but i really would like to know my account is fine on this sever.
