Follow up on my coin purchase, I still have not received anything, they took my money last week...

I start to beleive I will never get them.

I e-mailed support this morning to see what is going on. If I would be you I would not purchase coins yet. I will post if I receives the coins. If not, assume I was robbed.

I might fill in a customer complaint to paypal very soon if they don't answer to my e-mail in the next 24hr.

I finally got my coins. Here was my mistake: I e-mailed all the info to the haypi@hotmail.com wich is not correct. This e-mail is only to pay through Paypal. The info should be sent to kingdomsupport@haypi.com .

Hope this save some frustration to other players.

Now.. I can't quite work out why the love I'm paying $119! instead if $100 US...For an ultra package , $5.99 for a basic package ,$1.19 for a mini, $12.99 for a medium iv bought all these packages by the way + more as dome iv doubled up on
So Maybe .. Just maybe!
You should update the price of coins..
And ohhh I dunno...
Reimburse!! Us our love money back!
Or give us the option to collect more coins!

lol prices are set by apple's exchange not by haypi go complain at them to change it...

The articles at fully illustrated show that haypi has a new plan for this

I have just payed for 50 coins useing paypal but at the very end lot internet conection. So i thought it did not go thought right as i did not recive any coins. So i did it again and got my second lot of 50 coins great.

But when i check my paypal it says i did pay for my first lot of 50 coins. So now i have payed for 2 lots of 50 coins and only recived 50 ( not good at all )I have just emailed them to let them no fingers crossed it will be sorted soon..
