I just want to know how to tell when a new server is opening up, so I can do my lvl 10 achievement again. I have a Droid so I can't use gamecenter:-( any help would be appreciated. I'd like to start a new server on day 1 if possible.

but you can never know when a new server is released. you just have to guess or watch the expert nomination forums as the threads for a new server are released about 24 hours after a server is made
