I demand a rollback of somesort

With the recent update of merging servers into 112 we had a 24 hour period of no wars. We can't attack others cities, forts, or oasis. I found an oasis I sent an attack with 70% of my troops, while simultaneously someone attacked the exact same oasis. I occupied it first, then his troops attack my, already occupied, oasis. He had more than double my troops and not only took the oasis, but destroyed my troops and took prestige in the process. I demand to have a rollback of some sort or a reimbursement. The letter clearly states a 24-hour no war period and if I loss troops by another player, whether it was intentional or not, implies that it was a war and is therefore a glitch of somesort. I have proof of the war report and the time of the incident. I can send a picture of it if further proof is needed. I demand some sort of compensation

This is a common bug after the merge. If someone open the map and quickly select the target and attack, the attacker can attack also if the defender is in wr

Sorry that you lost troops. You explained the problem well, and it sounds like you've got good evidence. Hopefully your troops can be restored. For future reference though, you may be better off asking politely for compensation, rather than "demanding" it.
