Haypi Article Competition
So, apparently I have talents for stories and someone said I should take a crack at this. When I got this idea in my head, I just had to get it out. I do have to say, some credit goes to my good friend blacthunda, he wrote the beginning 
Blackrose Story
Once upon a time in a world far far away, there was a warring kingdom called Haypi. No one knew why or how the wars started but it became the way of life. Friends became enemies, liars turned into spies, thieves into hackers. The easiest way to settle who ruled the kingdom was to be in a top alliance. Alliance was like family; they were there for support, help and protection. Once you were in the top alliance no one dared touch you.
Specifically in the province of s52, warring was terribly violent. There were no rules; it was simply a game of predator and prey. So one ambitious (and quite possibly a bit bossy) teen decided to gather the ashes and remnants of broken, forgotten or disbanded alliances and created something beautiful: Blackrose.
Perhaps at this point it would be useful to know this girls name. She went under the alias of DD-pink. DD of course standing for her pen name and nickname: DictatorDing. She was an orphan and had fended off enemies herself from a young age. She was a rogue player in the game of life, never seemed to join any alliance for too long. After many visits to the local pub called WC, she had befriended a person named baseball48. Family too had abandoned him at an early age.
Together they vowed to make an alliance one day that everyone would fear. These two spent the next few days simply visiting and dawdling in other alliances. Eventually they found one that was to their liking: s.w mafia run by the local gangster Jayzus. After obtaining permission from the boss, DD and baseball set out to make their own alliance which would be s.w mafia’s sister alliance.
At first things were tough, no one wanted to join a lousy alliance. But there was hope. DD was soon very well known in WC as a nice person. Befriending a rich baroness, Mater!, blackrose was off to a kick start. Not even a week flew by and blackrose was already known for their vicious advertising and high rank climbing.
Time flew by and a few had come and gone. Of course DD had started level kicks because there was simply too many people who wanted in on the rose trademark. DD had a fellow orphan who wanted permission to take those who were kicked and become a sub alliance of blackrose. Trusting her instinct, DD let Blddiamond create Bloodrose.
As time wore on DD became restless. She wanted something more. Trusting her friends, she made new vices. :.13.: the first commander, kildeer second in command, blacthunda bard and historian, grathus sgt. at arms, and lastly blackgun gun drill sergent.
This was not enough for the young but vicious girl who needed a real family. Abandoning WC, she went to a new upscale club named Palringo. There groups were of established well respected people. After a while DD met someone named Lightning6, a dashing young man who DD trusted like a brother. The two kept in touch even though they were from separate alliances. Eventually meeting more people, Sooner13. and Codyclk also became her brothers. Oldster genDDAY adopted DD as his granddaughter.
Soon the warring became vicious for no reason. Everyday became a struggle for blackrose to stay safe. But the roses pushed through. Soon there were tales of people being left for dead outside of WC with a rose carved in their cheek. A simple yet poisonous message: Do not mess with blackrose.
Of course becoming the Queen of Roses didn’t come without danger. Xviggyx and sabrown287 was soon stalking her every move in WC.
Eventually sab was knighted into the Queen’s alliance and was her dark knight. DD became fast friends with top players and top alliances, a Queen who was protected by the Dukes and Marquis’ of s52.
[2 weeks later]
The kingdom was shifting. It was announced that s49-52 were being combined into one super province called s113. By this time blackrose was maintaining a steady rank 8. Of course DD was slightly scared but she continued to work hard with her alliance in preparation for what would become the most epic fight anyone would see.
Feeling the need to find more experienced players to figure out proper tactics, DD set off to s68 in hopes of looking for oldsters who moved to the new province. s68 was an extremely unpleasant place to stay at first, but soon under the alias of Rosequeen, DD was able to find the very smart and old players. DJ, as he preferred to be called, taught DD the best tactics to survive a merge. Seeing that he had been through 4, DD trusted his knowledge and set off back to s52.
On the way, DD met an old friend who she had almost forgotten about: Bmoar11. He was simply one of the most experience; played since the creation of Haypi. Sadly, he was departing for the beyond. Tired of being in a war torn country, he left the land of Haypi wishing DD luck in the merge.
