Ok lets start this off. I've played for nearly a year. Most people i know, have quit, or are so inactive they might as well have quit.

A year of playing this game and its barely changed. Yes we have upped the server count. Employed new support. Even Flourished and got great experts.

But what really keeps us here?

Is it the chat, where all we see is spamming?
Is it the game play that's so old its tiresome?

.... Chat. That's what keeps us here. We get into it and we are overloaded with information flowing down the screen character by character, word by word. Friends you don't yet know that you will make join the game, and ask for help. Old Friends that you meet in a new server.

This is the beauty of haypi. Not the game-play, Not the PvP. But the chat, we all manage to get around the annoying little hitches here and hitches their to do with the game play, then we come to the chat and we can't stand it going down for 2 minuets.

So ask your self.

Will you play in 3 months? 6 months? a year?
How will haypi have changed?

This is why we play, this is why we stay and this is why we shall continue

One thing I just want to point out is, I've seen countless articles in which players emphasize what they love the most is the players, friends, etc. (and this is analogous to chat). So despite its obvious good quality as an article and a good amount of effort put into the article, it lacks some originality. But the approach, I must say, is quite original.

I think it takes real integrity for someonecto play for another year. Jlozan might even quit, he's obviously bored, and all he does is get #1 in all PVP with seemingly no challenge. If I were to see myself playing in a year, it would have to be with either new people being added or new updates to the gameplay aspect. But as you originally said, chat keeps us here, and that will ultimately have us spending countless hours a day on this game.

integrity is more accuratel described as consistancy of action, values, methods etc often seen as the opposite of hypocracy. related in terms of haypi that experts should have integrity.

Even though I haven't played that long (compared to some of you guys), I completely agree with bluehair. It's the chat and the friends we make that keep us playing.
