something wrong?

okay I've sent Haypi some screenshots last week at kingdomsupport@haypi.com, but i haven't gotten a reply from them. When I was on chat, I remember someone saying something about them having too many emails? if so, will this be fixed? And I'm not doing it wrong and i don't have the wrong address because i have done this before on a server 8 (now 102) account (I'm not naming it because i was a little obnoxious at the time). So anyone have any ideas? if you do i will greatly appreciate your help.

Hi Fudgybunny:)

Support will often index and save the pictures but will not reply do to the mass amount of reports that come in. If the pictures are bad enough they often ban the person or issue warnings and/or ask some experts on the server.
