Moving soldiers

Is it possible to send soldiers from one city to another, i.e. from my main city to a branch city?

Yes, click the "cities" tab and on each city you'll see "transport" and "dispatch" transport is to send resources to the selected city from the city your currently in, dispatch is to send troops from your current city to the selected city. After you choose either the time and details will be displayed in the actions tab
