my alternate account is stolen!

My alternate account has been hacked/stolen.

The username is pphunting

server 50

Not sure how this has happened but ive mailed support over 10 times and no response. He/She must've changed his account email.

I know support is busy but by the time support responds, pphunting account will be wiped clean. I have been using pphunting from lv 1 and was lv 15 when stolen, stolen today

Support please help soon, and plz find out who stole it.

I need this big problem to be resolved asap. thanks

support will resolve it as soon as possible, it only takes one message but youve sent 10 (they dont like there inbox to be spammed), there is nothing that can be done here im sure they will get to you quickly. support has a life and will not be online for a good few hours so unfortunately there is nothing you can do but wait
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

As far as i know there are only a few ways to get into someones account.

1) You gave your password / email password out
2) your password is way to easy to guess
3) Udid Glitch if it still exists

If you did 1 or 2 then it is your own fault that your account is stolen/hacked/you forgot password .

As for getting your account back.

If you have no proof of the account actually being your's then i don't think the likely hood of you getting it back will be high.
On the other hand if you do have proof,

Maybe a screen shot,Proof of purchase etc then you your chances increase.

When you letter support next time you should include this evidence as well to help them verify that it is your account.
Spamming support with 10 letter's thought will not help your process along at all. No one likes some one checking up every 10 minuets. Your letters will be responded to when support has time to respond.

If all else fails and your letter is answered in a week time from now send an email to

I already sent the evidence pictures(snap shots of pphunting account of old battle results) to kingdomsupport@haypi.com but the reply told me to talk to Tracy to solve the problem. who is tracy??

the following is the evidence of ownership of pphunting account. this battle took place long time ago and i managed to save these.

tracy is the head support, i am sure they are investigating thoroughly please allow them time and have patience.

the question is not whether it belonged to you its sis you at any point share information with any other player
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?
