U know how when u have speed at 69 u can wipe level 10 turrwts with no losses ? Does that work if i had bo speed and 69 speed just from enhanced equips ?

well you need to have a total speed of 99 including techs. so with equipment enhanced so that it gave 69 speed yes it should be possible. so a lvl 15 horse with max enhance and a lvl 9 manual with no enhance it would be possible.

How much if i had 5 speed and a level 15 horse and level 15 manuel , how much do i gotta enhance them ?

if you enhance just the lvl 15 horse to lvl 16 enhancement and the lvl 15 manual to lvl 3 it should be 99 speed
