Level 10 - Second Account

I have just reached Lvl 10, completed the task and named my new account.

How do I access the new account, and will my new city's owner be my 2nd username on the same server, or my usual name on the same server or do I have to go looking elsewhere?

In-game help seems to refer to iPhone users and I am on Android.

if you are on android you merely need to go to account info and lg in with your new account details to access your new account, when you wish to switch between accounts you must log in each time

Quit out of the game, and get to the starting screen. Click "Account" and login from there with the username and password of your new account.

The new account is exactly the same as your original account, only it's on a different server, has a different name, and will receive no task 5.
