Achievement problems anyone ..
I really like the achievement s and the challenges they induce, I try hard to deliberately go out of my way to complete them, however, im getting frustrated with the buggy/problems that come with it.
Even after competing in the last 6-7 PvPs, my PvP achievement that required participation in 5 PvPs got stuck at 20%, support fixed that one for me after a few back and forth mails. Thanks.
Now my daily lucky achievement has been stuck at 99% for about 10 days, it should be completed but support said they cannot help.
Also my lucky treasure is stuck at 80%, that should be completed.
Also the combat achievements are not updating at all, I have had numerous battles won and lost vs players my level and none of the soldier kills are registering. Support told me today after I mailed them that this is Apple’s problem not Haypi’s, but seriously, do you want me to email Apple support and ask them to look at my achievements ?
I have 450 pts showing on my Game Centre page, 360 pts showing on the local server ranking, and 350 pts showing on the global ranking...
Anyone else having such problems, maybe we can gather some momentum and some staff might find time to look into it ?
This is not a rant, im happy with the game, and the achievement ideas, you guys are doing a great job, but I think I (we) deserve the service to be working properly.
