Some people watch the news on television for their information on world events. Some get theirs from newspapers or magazines.I on the other hand get my news and information of what's really going on from world and alliance chat. With this game being played with so many people in so many places it's easy to get first person depictions of world events as they unfold. The exchange of culture and information is enriching for us all. During the horrible japan earthquakes and tsunami that followed the world chat was filled with peoples condolences and first hand reports from players in Hawaii and California describing what was happening as reports were coming in of those places being hit. Please if you are able to make a donation to your local Red Cross to help the relief effort in Japan. As Haypi players were all correspondents to the news channel we call world chat. Just think something as simple as an iPhone/android game application can allow us to stay connected to peoples culture and their way of life. So some of you might turn on the television the next big event but I stick to my world chat thank you very much.
