Haypi Article Competition

My Haypi Kingdom experience starts out in a way like most others experiences, having a guy beg me to refer him. So naturally, when I put his name in the referral box, it's spelled wrong. Classic. He wasn't pleased, because "I cost him 1000 prestige and 20 coins". This meant nothing to me and my noobish ways. However, the worst part was I didn't fully appreciate this game right away, and for many months this game sat in the back page of my apps. 

It's probably a good thing my article doesn't end here, because that would be a pathetic way to finish. Now let's get back to the story and my dusty Haypi app. 

It was a dreary summer day and I was bored and flipping through my pages of apps, deleting the ones I never played. Haypi is next on this list, but instead of clicking that nasty red "X", I open it. During the next 10 minutes or so I spent checking out the game I did a few tasks, joined an alliance, and chatted in world chat for a bit. I decided I'd try this game out a little longer. I found myself logging on more and more often, and those minutes spent each day turned to hours. I don't regret spending that time on Haypi either, because I wasn't mindlessly gaming. I had just started an alliance, and it was rising to the top. Leading this alliance helped me in real life too, I became more of a leader and I now make my decisions with confidence. 

After six months, several of which my alliance was in the top three and for a while number one, I decided to quit it. People say all good things need to come to an end, yet I refused to believe this. But it was true, nothing lasts forever. However, so is that other saying that goes around, that when one door closes another one opens. This one is also true, and I quickly joined another alliance with some of my old alliance friends, people I knew well, people I'd heard of, and people I didn't even know. 

That's what amazing about this game. Haypi puts you into a server with people you don't know, but you grow close to them and they become friends. They aren't mediocre friends either, when I went through rough times they helped me and gave me advice. Those who know me understand what I'm talking about, but basically when I struggled and my mom had multiple surgeries my Haypi buddies were there for me. Without them I wouldn't have such a positive outlook at life and I would be a much different person. 

So I guess I have to thank that guy who practically begged me to refer him for changing my life, making me more of a leader, and helping me see the positive things in life.... Even though he never got his 1000 prestige and 20 coins.

Thanks for complimenting the story but I'm sorry, you're wrong... Well you're wrong in one situation wrong in another.

The refer tasks give you 1000 prestige as a reward for when your referral reaches 3rd baron and you complete the task. You also get the 1000 prestige for EACH referral. So basically you get 2000 prestige (task + 1000) for the first referral and 1000 prestige for each next referral (1000... No task)

The same thing goes for the refer 2 task. The task gives you 2000 prestige, but you get 20 coins for each referral. First referral at lvl 7 gets you 20 coins + 2000 prestige (task) and the others just give 20 coins.

If you're still following me (I don't blame you if I lost you) if every referral you had reached level 7 you would get....

4000 prestige + 20 coins for the first
1000 prestige + 20 coins for all the others

Once the tasks are gone you still get referral prizes but don't get rewards for the task. Hope this cleared your confusion, but it probly made it worse -.- lol

No u get 1000 pres for refer 1 and 2000 pres + 20 coin for refer 2 so 3000 pres and 20 coin trust me I've gotten alot of refer

I've done both achievements with referrals, one of em is 10 referrals at lvl 7 I think... I usually get 100-200 coins a week from referrals, when haypi mails me when they get lvl 7 it says I get 20 coins, no prestige... When they reach lvl 4 I get 1000 prestige. Just saying, read the refer 1 and 2 task over... You get 1000 prestige per refer and 1000 for the task on refer1. On refer2 you get 2000 prestige for the task and 20 coins for each referral.

4000 (1000+2000 for tasks + 1000 for lvl 4) prestige + 20 coins for first referrals
1000 prestige + 20 coins for future ones

if this isn't true then haypi is sending me false letters because I get sent letters multiple times a day and the lvl 7 refer letter doesn't say it gave me 2000 prestige -.-

I see your view, but you are viewing the refer tasks wrong

Refer task 1 says that when a referral reaches level 4 you get 1000 prestige
The reward for this task is 1000 prestige

Refer task 2 says that when a referral reaches level 7 you get 20 coins
The reward for this task is 2000 prestige

What the task says it gives you and what the reward is are not the same. I wish I had a screenie to show you. But when someone reaches level 7 that referred me il post the mail haypi sent. It doesn't say I recieved 2000 prestige, just 20 coins

Then just go to get rewards then if u say it gives u that what are u arguing about

You seem to think the task lasts forever. After you complete refer2, you can't do the task again. Which is why you don't get 2000 prestige for level 7, you only get 20 coins. It's also why you only get 1000 prestige from level 4s after the task is done, not 1000 prestige for getting rewards and 1000 prestige for level 4 like you used to get.

The first referrals you get complete the task, which allows you to get reward, only once, that's what I'm trying to tell you
