What is wrong with Haypi Kingdom?

I can't log in Haypi Kingdom. It's says Register error, please contact kingdomsupport@haypi.com. Is anyone else having this problem?

I can't recall my troops from the fort i just took. says i need to "please relogin game". i have done this and still no luck. now my troops are exposed.

You guys tell ppl to use the search feature so there wont be many posts about the same topic.. So why would you tell them not to necro post if they have something new to add and they're not just bumping it..

jk1975, Idk why you can't log in.. Try reinstalling the app or restarting your device. If that doesn't work, message support but idk if they'll return your troops back if someone attacked you

necroposting- To post, as on a forum, to revive a long inactive discussion thread. (wikipedia, 2011) from this we can clearly see that this thread has been dead for 5 monthsso clearly necroposting. as for this bringing new information i would just like to say that due to the fact that we are now on v2.11 and this thread was made while we were still in v1.something it is no longer relevant. plus this person has already posted the same information in this thread-

Nathan, this person did what you always say to do. use the search bar he wasnt necroposting for no reason as you are not a mod i dont think its really your call to decide this. now you are necroposting instead of helping the player with a question.
