Banned players coming back on WC.

What is Haypi doing about this? Because I've seen one player on S104 that has been on WC a lot of alts and admitting he's a banned player numerous times and experts not doing anything. I'm not saying experts aren't doing there job, but will Haypi do something about this?

Experts can't ban only support can. Experts can only report the players to get them banned but we don't know everybody's alts so if you'd like to help you can send ss to support

some banned players have lots of alts on lots of different servers but there is little you can do apart from take the SS and send to kingdomsupport@haypi.com

however ensure that the comment is serious as ive seen people claim to be my alt so that i would get in trouble

Experts can mute, now they cant ban, but I hope that was a typo

If a player comes in claming that he is a banned player or says that he is avoiding a mute, but not acctually breaking any rules while making his claims, the expert is gonna need proof that they are avoiding a mute before they can acctually be muted.

or if its someone like other players who come on to forums and announce their alt accounts... like k2 has in his sig [Revealed!!!]

As they've stated above, support handles the banning of accounts & if you find the player/s to be a problem then please help us by providing names and preferably screenshots of the alt accounts to either a server expert or support. Thanks.
