There's no age requirement for expert, i was 15 and an expert

She didn't follow the rules. A player even admitted that she asked for votes and I think this isn't correct. An expert should be the model for other players, Boxxy isn't. Or maybe Haypi wants to make experts players that spam and ask for votes, but I think Haypi don't.
