The only thing fortune does is give better hunts and the double power attack.

No, the computer needs to own the oasis, if you occupy it, it will drop levels.

Haypi was my number #1 app, and i was rarely on wc, so i have no clue how i just all of a sudden got banned. I didnt have any warning either, so i am trying to figure out what to do about it.

There are like 7 lvl 10's on s14 so i would say yes ;)

I think the odds are a little bit to low. I would see once à lvl 10 oase :)
