no one knows new servers are released when the old ones are full so there is no set time and date for the release of a new server. if you watch when the expert nominations forum comes out that means a server has been released recently
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

as nate said if you watch the nominations.
the nomination threads usually come out within the first 48 hours of the server coming out.
