Bug report result?

I see many bug reports in which people are told to contact support. But I never hear how things turn out. I would like to know.

If you contact support with an issue in a thread, please include: if, when, and how the matter was resolved. It may give other potential help-seekers some points of reference.

I reported a glitch to support. The Person had 103 speed and support ended up fixing his speed and making his speed 100.

Do you know about how long it took?

They replied about 2 days after and it they changed the speed around a day after.

On server27 when it first came out I glitched and ended up attacking a lvl 1 oasis, but the battle never ended... Eventually after 10 hours of the battle I messaged support, and 48 hours later I was not attacking the lvl 1 oasis... Needless to say the delay did cause me to quit that server, along with a few other reasons

When you report a bug to us and please include as many details as you possibly can and if it can help us to see the problem occurs again under your given circumstance, it won't take long for us to spot the reason and address the issue.
