cheaters and hackers with proof!!!!

hello my name is Derek Monroe and i have just, in the last 30 minutes, had my account stolen on server 104. the server that had servers 13-16 merge! if anyone would like to know more please email me at money_monroe@ymail.com

it would be amazing if haypi had a hotline phone number that you could call to reset your account password! i would love to say haypi is on the search for my account and will take care of it all.... but i have had ZERO replys from three messages sent to support. so now i will try my best via forum. i have spent 8-14 hours every single day for the last 6 months enjoying the best game i have ever played and now i will be forced to quit if haypi can not retrieve my account moneylove.

the experts on the server 104 that witnessed the theft of my account are nV_jon and athena8818. i saw the quote "hacker" admit his own name while he was logged in to my account. he told ces97 or ces79 (whichever it is) that "its me, mmcguire99. i hacked moneylove account" i followed athena's directions perfectly when i went to reset password and it was already changed or something because it did not work and now it will not let me in my own account!! all i am asking is that; Haypi, please change my password and send it to my personal email account money_monroe@ymail.com. change it to anything... just dont let mmcguire99 ruin all my hard work over the last 6 months! please help!!

I hope this does get resolved soon for you too. But keep in mind, no replies doesn't necessarily mean no action. I imagine they would rather spend their time trying to fix the problem, rather than emailing you saying "We are still working on it" every so often.
