An understatement Nate! This is apparently to atop the spam acct problem, but in retrospect, what's the difference if the spam Accts are active or not, they're still taking up server space....not to mention making life difficult for noobs...

5 a day? Really? I think it would be better to just cut someone off if they failed 5 times, rather than give them a chance to create 10 or 15 Accts on a new server that no one will ever be able to use

It's still not letting my brother on his game. When he opens his game and hits "start game" a message pops up saying "username doesnt exist" if he goes to "my account" and trys to log into his account is says "username or password or incorrect"? He was on Task5 and tryed to change his name but it didn't let him change it.

From another post it seems as if your brother needs to start all over again with a new acct.

I really don't know how the ha_ accts work, but has he tried recovering the name and password using his email address? Is that even possible with an ha_ acct?

no thats not possible he has lost his chance to create a new account on that device unfortunately, and support take anywhere between 1-7 days to return messages
