Best ways to make money?

I'm trying to get lvl 10 turrets and max range, but it costs sooo much money

My hunting techniques fail, my luck from silver and gold chests.. fail. money every time. So seriously, how do you all make so much money?

farm resources and sell on the market is by far the quickest way

I always run out of people in all 5 of my citys doing this though lol, and the resources are really cheap, like 0.08 per wood

The best way to make money is early on in the server,

buy 20k res with coins and sell them in small batches at lower than anyone else is selling, but as early on the ratios are like 3:1 rather than 1:3 later on.

you will make loads of money early on.


Later on the best way is to work out whats going to sell high.

Maybe medals, scepters.

Buy them and sell them at max price in the market.

But the safest way is to sell resources. but you will get more money later on.


To increase the chances of a sucsessful hunt make sure you hunt different oases.

I have made 2 mil from silver and gold chests at NPC value in just over a week, that has to be the best way. Use parties of 10k inf for 4-5 hours a time.

hunting is the cheapest way to make money, but not good for early on in the game.

Where as selling resources is less effective in the game but hunts become more effective. later on.

Selling resources is the best way period. Hunta don't give nearly as much money as selling resources. Hunts are like selling resources at .01. I usually sell most of my resources right b4 I got to bed. So when I wake up in AM all resources have been bought.

selling may use up your people but 0.08 is a good price for resources

your lucky, the highest in my servier is never over .03 that I can sell at... well actually .02 if you want it to go fast (and thats only iron and crop, the rest is .01)

As other people have said, hunting and selling resources are the fastest ways. Having high level forts helps too.

For money making hunts, I would send as many foot soldiers as your cities can handle. Only hunt them for 2-4 hours though. That usually gets me about 2/3 of what I can get in an 8 hour hunt. And of course be sure to hunt in different oasis.

As far as selling, rather than selling at a lower price-per-unit than everyone else, sell it at a price that will get you listed near the mid to bottom of the first page. Also instead of selling 5000 or 10000 dollars of resources, sell 4999 or 9999. It really does work. And don't sell a full load of resources. People don't usually wait till they have 0 crops to buy, so selling 350000 will sell quicker than 430000. These sales may not go through in the next hour, but they have almost always sold within 12.

Unfortunately, patence is the best way to make money.
