Timers

Hello.

All timers (team mode, rewards, training, etc.) seem to only count down when I am actively playing. Whenever I close the game or leave it running in the background, all timers stop. Is this intended? It seems a bit much that I would have to play for hours in order to claim rewards or use training among other things. Any insight is much appreciated.

I am playing on an iPhone 4s.

When you find again this past quest is only because the server will be restart.
This is good for us because we can get double reward

This happens all the time. Not just on server restart. I can stop playing for 15 minutes to wait for reward, go back and the timer has not changed.

Really? That's crazy have you tried tampering with your phone clock? May skip forward the game if that's the case. Never heard of this happening as the game is server based so runs off the server clock. Not sure what to suggest

I've messed with the Date/Time setting on my phone and moved them ahead. I'll get a notification that Training/Team Mode/Reward is available after adjusting the time on my phone, but none of which will be available in game. I'm really enjoying this game, though this is really frustrating.

Team mode, training timers are server-based, however push notification was sent out through client, thus if you change your phone time, the server time remains the same but the client would detect the time change at first hand and reacts, i.e. sending out the training completion push notification. We don't recommend players to alter phone time during the gameplay to avoid unnecessary incidents. It would also violate Haypi's terms of use if players alter client data with tools/bots/programs.

Meanwhile, rewards such as Online Rewards, it only counts down when you are actively playing.
