Did you get a receipt from Apple? if so, email a copy of it with transaction number, your username, server, and email address to monstersupport@haypi.com

Yep if Apple sent you a message on your mail then it is a Haypi Issue , if you didn't receive a message , then it is an Apple issue.

I never received a receipt from either Haypi Monsters or Apple, but money still left my account and no coins. What should I do?
