Account Creation Problem.

My little brother tried to make an account. It didn't ask him to create a password or name and gave him a generic one. His username is ha_8625727 and he has no password because it didn't ask him for one. It just says his device has been registered, which I guess it technically it has, but he didn't choose his own password and cannot log in, nor was he able to make a referral to get on my server. After it says the device was already registered it freezes and he can't do anything. I just wanna play with him.

It is a bug in the game, the support team should now be aware of it, and there is allrdy a post about this, I tried getting a friend to join same thing happend if he logs out he can't get back in.

Is there a solution to the problem? For instance, can they delete it all together and have him create a new one?

As he continues to play and complete his tasks, task 5 will become available and in doing this task, he can change his name and password as well as complete his refer.

Cool thanks for the info man. When he makes his referral, will it put him on my server?

Hmmm, I'm actually not sure about that.

I would presume not however when the time comes, you can send an email to kingdomsupport@haypi.com and they may or may not try to work that out for you.
