If you had the power to change absolutely anything about Haypi Kingdom what would it be?

Hmm. Id change everything back to the old haypi kingdom, when alliances were based on members prestige. (:

Mutes, chat bans, and mail bans become ip based so that no one can avoid by jumping on alts on ANY server

Really? The old alliance prestige, mutes, and bans are the only things you three veterans would change?
I would take any of the hundreds of suggestions in the Suggestions forum, particularly those of Vayne. HK is basically the same game as it was when it was first released. The units are the same, the strategy is the same, the buildings are mostly the same, equipment just has higher levels (and we all know that was a money grab), etc.
Alliance Wars was basically a sub-game with no real impact to an individual players kingdom and only affected Alliance prestige ranking.
So if I had God like power, I would add new abilities, strategies, units, buildings, sub-games, alliance features, etc.
I would take any of the hundreds of suggestions in the Suggestions forum, particularly those of Vayne. HK is basically the same game as it was when it was first released. I'm more administrative now than actually playing the game hence I prefer the things that benefit the Expert team and helps them moderate the servers.
New features are nice, but what has kept veterans and players alike has been the chat feature with friends

So I guess chat is the only thing Hk is good for. Need to change it in the App Store from game to networking app. Troops are just a side thing now. :-/

It would be nice if Thomas chimed in on what he would change with his "God like" power. (other than the next money grab scheme)

I would do those things because it keeps Haypi the same game that we all know and love. New stratagies and different gameplay would mean a whole other game. If I wanted a different game, I'd download a different game.
