generally your gonna want to max your speed stat as soon as you can, so put all your points in speed until max (100)
skills wise it depends on how you would like to play the game
Open Chest, can be useful towards the start when you may get chests from daily gift, you can open these to get low level equipment to start you off with. No need to really level this skill past level 3 as its not very often you will get a level 4+ chest from daily gift
Hidden Attack, more usefull towards the later levels when your attacking people more, but if you arent looking to reset stats down the road i suggest putting points in this
Heal, this is useful if you are going to be using an army predominantly made up of cavalry, can also be useful in battle, if you lose a battle the healed units wont be counted towards any prestige loss. Also can be a saving grace when you forget to command against a fort and u lose a lot of your army
Break Cranny, great for starving people (taking their crops), also good for farming people for resources, but keep in mind people dont usually appreciate being farmed for resources
Convince, i personally hate this skill, i find it rather useless. but if you do choose to use this skill i'd recommed only using it at the start and reseting your skills later down the track. Keep in mind that if someone farms you and their units become convinced, they can just attack you again to kill those units for prestige, so unless you are online to hunt newly convinced units you will more often than not lose prestige due to this
so for starters i'd recommend getting a couple points into Open Chest and Hidden Attack, then choose between Heal or Break Cranny
