Hero Skills

1) Skills that combat heroes and heroes on garrison duty have will take into effect during combat.

2) A Hero's skill(s) takes effect throughout the whole combat. No matter whether that hero's ship is defeated or not.

3) If several heroes happen to have the same skill during combat, then only the highest-leveled skill will take effect.
