i wouldnt really say it is off topic as it is forum related.

it doesnt matter it is still off topic as it is not about the actual game just about the forums.

well nathan, you still are a little off. it is off topic, because of that, and because of what it relates to, not just forums in general. lol

example: if i said: woah! why did the forums all of a sudden go to blue?
then i might be able to sneak into general discussion. but yes, if it is about the forums, then it should go elsewhere.
