the only thing i don't like is when ppl who are made experts end up rarely going on chat and rarely helping others (even tho they still play the game) but still earning their 10 free coins a day while ppl who help others on chat and keep chat clean do all this work while an expert takes all the credit. i think it is extremely unfair and shows alot of inequality.

btw i wud like to say i'm not bashing anyone, i'm just posting my opinion on this topic, and i do realise that the expert system has worked for a long time but like many systems over time a few flaws do turn up.

i completely agree, experts are reviewed constantly, but on some servers it is better for experts to stay quiet as some people misbehave in WC just because there are experts on chat,,

Re: experts???

ok thx for ur points and opinions

i do agree with the fact that experts do need to be trusted bc i see it all the time in new servers ppl come from older servers and all they try for is expert just bc they want to be known as an expert so i understand why not all ppl who help at the start are chosen.

but where my arguement again lies is howcome many old players of the server, who have been here since the start and always help ppl and keep chat friendly and active aren't made expert bc they obviously show the key skills of becoming an expert and obviously the expert rewards wudn't affect them much bc if all they wanted was the rewards they would have given up ages ago? :?:

Re: experts???

sometimes it may be because they have enough eexperts on that server or becaue during the background checks something may have come up that didnt put that player in a favourable light

Re: experts???

i don't get why that matters?

bc we all do things we're not proud of and just bc u got muted a couple of times in a past server and u are helping alot in this new server and ur turning a corner then i don't see why things can't be left in the past and start a new future helping a newer server

obviously this wudn't include ppl who have been chat banned or banned altogether on a past server bc then they def wudn't deserve expert bc they went abit too far

Re: experts???

this is trust, can you really trust someone who was muted a few times and chose not to follow rules earlier to enforce the rules?

Re: experts???

i was muted once without warning, because password has part of it starred out. that was the only mute i ever got. and i emailed support about it, and got an apology for it.

Re: experts???

yes many people are muted by accident but it is not justt mutes they look into, they look into your account history and everything, why can people just not accept supports choices? they have picked the experts for a reason and not picked some people for other reasons, if you were really not bothered about getting expert this thread would never have been started.

Re: experts???

exactly. i have come to accept that i will never get expert... that was along time ago i learned that. i realized that i had done some things in my past, and that haypi would hold that over me forever, and i would never get a second chance. once i realized that, i became a much hapier player. now, i simply monitor chat to keep chat clean. so should you. you shouldnt monitor chat just for a title. you should monitor it because you truly want a cleaner chat room. and that, my friend, is what makes a truly good expert. wanting to help people, for the shear purpose of wanting to help.

Re: experts???

I agree with Yodac on several points here.
#1 Just because you may think someone deserves expert does not mean support does.
#2 It is true that some experts go inactive for a bit. However if you look at it from there point of view...something might have come up in their personal lives not allowing them to get on as much.
#3 Sometimes it's best for experts to not get into chat to avoid stirring up chat more than it already is.
#4 I know you may be frustrated and I'm sorry for that but the experts were chosen for a reason and are re-evaluated regularly (and without warning)
#5 Please have a good day :)
For Better or for worse.

Sincerely,

Complicate

i agrree with complicate, especially point #2,3 and 5 as i have had #2,3 occur to me and i do hope you have number 5

i would just like to say that haypi can be very stressful for experts and they need to take breaks (hence inactive for a while) in order to return to the game refreshed, without these breaks experts can suffer from burnout especially with the high pressure from players on there server
