Purchasing coins

I'm trying to purchase coins and keep getting the message:


"Sorry, something wrong in purchase"....and I was able to purchase coins prior to this message....any ideas?

If you are running a jailbroken iDevice you will need to delete appsync from Cydia.
Other than That try it again or message support by going to "general"-->"Kingdom Management"-->"contact support team"-->"click here"-->then insert your message with a full description including iTunes balance; etc.
also are you buying coins with the iTunes acct you downloaded haypi on?

I was able to purchase coins...now I can't but I did send a message to support...and I'm using an iphone that is not jailbreaked....

Hey, I just wanted to inform everyone. I have the same problem with buying coins. .... Sorry, something wrong in purchase ...

Anyway I have the Iphone 4G now and I still cant buy it on my phone. I have been writing Haypi since december 2010. But someonehow they do not have an answer.

Well just to inform you, I use to have an Iphone 3G and I gave that to my partner. So i logged in with the 3G iphone and WOW I could buy coins.

I can understand not everyone is able to use 2 phones, it is possible to buy them. I think it might have something to do with the firmware on the iphone 4G. And I dont think it has anything to do with Itunes prevents you from buying. Hope this helps.

the only time i had trouble like this was when i went near my overdraft limit... lol i doubt its that but thats the only time its given me that message
