This is a great idea, however one should only get the opportunity at the time of making his/her account. If a player could change his/her server anytime, many players could abuse it to gain unfair advantages.

the fact that he was not specific, does not elude to anything else, nor the idea we have suggested, however, the general thought is that they will implement the option when the player creates the account, that way they cannot abuse changing servers.
