Switching servers

Hi,

I want to play with my friend who is on a different server than I am. How can I switch to his server or him to mine? i don't mind starting over from scratch or whatever.
Anyone knows?

Thanks!

Re: Switching servers

if you ask support very nicely they may move your account to that server,

to get new accounts you need to wait until lvl 10 and then you will be able to make a new account
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

Re: Switching servers

Your best chance to get on the same server is to both get to lvl 10, and make a new account at the same time, no other way unless you beg support, which wouldn't be appreciated, because it just wakes their time

Re: Switching servers

actually, you need to just make the accounts at lvl 10. dont beg support. they have enough to deal with as it is, they will not help you. they will tell you to wait till level 10, just as we have.

Re: Switching servers

First of all, tnx.
So we need to get to level 10? I've been playing for a week and I'm level 3 (we're talking about civilization level right?). So basically I'll have to play for about a month and then start over? we can't just erase our current account somehow and then start over?

Thanks for the replies!

There is no way to delete an account. Getting to level 10 does not take that long once you get the hang of the game. (civilization level and actual level are the same btw)
Again, your best bet is to contact support and they maybe able to help you :)

I doubt support will switch servers, they have too many other things to worry about. They'll most likely tell you to wait until you both get to level 10 then do the 'new account' task at the same time so you'll most likely be put in the same server. I wouldn't bother support with this, just wait until level 10. As K2700 said, it shouldn't take long once you get the hang of it.
