Haypi crash?!

Hi, I click on my haypi app and the first screen that loads is the "Communicating, try again later" message. I touch the ok button and it shows the loading animation for less than a second and then it back to the "Communicating" screen. Over and over again no matter how fast I mash it lol. So Haypi, what gives? Server crash? Software crash? User error crash? Help!

Please and thank you,
Cb

Re: Haypi crash?!

Yeah, it started when my wifi was actin up but seems to be stuck at this point. Wifi currently working properly and has been for over 8 hrs now. I check on the game periodically, no change.

It's very disappointing, recently started the game (got it with the 30 coin promotion) and was really digging it. Guess I'll have to delete and reinstall unless someone has a suggestion on how to break the command cycle so it can refresh and reconnect.

Thanks again,

Re: Haypi crash?!

turn off multi tasking, and then report back.

p.s. every account comes with the 30 coins. its not really a bonus.

Hah! Shows how much I know about this game I thought it said I was getting some sort of bonus...

Regardless, what is this "multi-tasking" you speak of and how does one turn it on or off???

Re: Haypi crash?!

Perfect! Thanks for the heads up. I just went to my multitasking dashboard and cancelled Haypi out of it and bam! Refreshed.

Thank you for your patience Yodac!

Re: Haypi crash?!

Double click the home button on your iPod and hold down on Haypi. Then select the minus button, and try going back into the app.

Good luck!

EDIT: Lol, resolved while I was typing this.
