Speed is maxed out at 100, add equipment and it goes up to 145.

if you want 99 speed, dont upgrade the techs fully, and dont put on equipment.

I am very confused. This is probably a very stupid question but why is less speed better? Like if you increase it from 100 to 145 with equipment why is that bad?

with cat speed at 99, they can weave their way around the lvl 10 turret range. then, the cats can destroy the turrets that way, and with little to no loss to you.
