Server 101 crash

So if I send lost troops reports along with trade reports from between now and when I can get my troops back, will I be reimbursed for my lost troops as well as all the money I have to spend on resources (especially crop) that I would normally not have to buy? I don't mean to sound petty, but all these crashes are making the game unplayable (and unenjoyable). If they needed to work on the server, why not send out a notice and perform one of the usual server maintenances?

So you suggest just letting my troops to continue starving? Then send one massive request all at the same time? Not reimbursing for the money that wouldn't have needed to be spent is not exactly fair. If they want to claim that they are trying to be fair, then that's what should happen. What if someone were in my position and didn't have the money to buy the resources to keep their troops alive? Then they would have no choice but to starve.

yea, I bloody lost all my freaking troops due to the crash. So much for rebuilding... AGAIN!

they dont have to reimburse your troops. be happy they are willing to do anything. as for in game money, youll get it back eventually.

24 hours later and still no word on the troops that I sent with a screen shot. What is the expected turn around time?

support tends to be slow responding to things on the weekends. just be patient and you should hear something during the week.

I got my kitties back today I sent the request right after the crash lifted. Best thing to do if you haven't gotten your troops back yet is to keep whatever city they died in wide open so they won't starve again when Support puts them back in. They were even kind enough to send mine hunting
