Network error during battles. Timeout during log-in

I have spent a great deal of real money on this game and will be reporting it to consumer affairs.

This is the second time in 2 battles that i have not been able to command my troops and the game disconnects and times-out.

It is not a reception or connection error as both times i was on home Wifi and both times all other apps had connectivity. Game center even logs on and welcomes me.

If i do not get all my troops back or at least all my coins back. I will report this to everyone i can find. Apple, consumer affairs, ombudsmen.

This game has massive stability issues and needs to be fixed. i want my money back NOW!

Be kind, your not the only one, just ask politely and they will get to it. I'm missing 8.5k archers and don't feel the need to be rude

Wow, dude, remember that it was your decision to invest money into the game. Do you have the war report? do you have any SS's of this to back your statement up?
You can't demand your money back seeming as you have decided to spend money and USE it. Instead of demanding your troops back, you should ask.
Then again, people don't usually get troops back unless they lost them through a glitch, yours was a connection issue.
It does happen to me, a lot, just curios, what ipod are you using? I can say mine was due to a connection issue, my safari wasn't working... a lot of other apps aswell.

That is very shallow, and you spent the money, it was your decision, you can't get the money back after you have already used it, anyways, the good reviews will easily outnumber bad reviews, so Haypi will continue to experience huge growth
