ARCHERS VS. FORTS

by process of elimination, logic, and simple math.. I have determined that all forts and oasis have the base stats of -
40 SPEED
99 ATTACK
72 DEFENSE
0 FORTUNE

Knowing this it was a simple matter of resetting my stats to a total of precisely 100/100/100/0 (including equipment)

keeping this variable in mind, i was able to determine the needed troops to overcome all forts using only a single type of troop in its preset stance (forward motion). please note that numbers have been raised to maximize the Minimal Loss Threshold, using this guide you will never lose over 21,000 soldiers

FORT LEVEL -- ARCHERS
Level 1 forts -- 3,400
Level 2 forts -- 6,700
Level 3 forts -- 13,400
Level 4 forts -- 22,400
Level 5 forts -- 34,000
Level 6 forts -- 46,000
Level 7 forts -- 75,400
Level 8 forts -- 100,200
Level 9 forts -- 200,000
Level 10 forts -- 275,000

Re: ARCHERS VS. FORTS

I farmed a level 5 fort with 15500 archers that I was trying to kill and I lost less than 300 archers.

Re: ARCHERS VS. FORTS

i would say 17.5k without loss, but thats pushing it even more. i guess it depends on attribute.

Re: ARCHERS VS. FORTS

I've seen fort and oasis troops deal lucky double attacks, so they must have fortune. I've seen it 3 times on 2 different people so far. One being myself. :)
I attacked a random fort just now and the speed of the troops were:
*Infantry- 150
*Cavalry- 300
*Archer- 125
*Catapult- 50

This means that their base speed must be 0 because when I look in the barracks, the speed of my troops are listed as:
*Inf- 150
*Cav- 300
*Archer- 125
Cat- 50
I've tested before that these are the exact speeds in combat for a speed of 0.

Support has told us on these forums that units get extra boosts against other unit types too. :) (like infantry getting a 33% damage reduction against archers)

Re: ARCHERS VS. FORTS

yeah, there are other equations that are calculated in the battles. its funny how many equations are involved in this "simple" game.
