imported experts vs new experts

i think experienced experts should be in a new server for a little while and then return to there old server when the new experts get the hang of what they are doing, keep experts only expert on 1 server then they can put all there energy into that.

True, but when a server kinda gets inactive or the intire server knows the rules and they ussally never break them (like some of the old servers) there is no need for a expert to put all of his time there when he could be helping on a new server where no one knows the rules and seems like the chat never dies.

I think that experts should have played for at leaast 3 months, because that means that they should have a vast knowledge of the game, and they are loyal to the game so they msot likely are not in it for the coins

I agree with the rest of the team here. For a new server, I think an imported expert is a must. They need to be there to help new players and to spot potential new experts. Once a decent expert team is in place, they need to move back to their original server. I don't think any expert can truly moderate more than 2 servers at any given point in time effectively and really give the server the time and dedication it needs and deserves.

Having both imported and new experts is better than only having new experts or only having imported experts.
