I've heard numerous people say that "support is taking a break" or "support doesn't work on weekends". Are these true?
Re: Taking A Break?
Image this. A woman gets a job and she works everyday, all day, no holidays and a inbox overflowing with mail. Lets call this woman "Support". Support is busy and Im not sure if what your asking is true or not but we are tens of thousand of people relying on the few, and if the few need rest then so be it. They help us so if they need help lets help them by making expert/mod(s) jobs easier. Just follow the rules and we will all be happy. ^^

That's all i wanted to know. I understand that support are humans and have a life. Just answer the question. Jeez.
Re: Taking A Break?
Well,
I can personally speak to the fact that Tracy (support1) works 7 days a week, almost 16 hours a day. I can generally get in touch with her at any point in time to ask her a question. She is one of the hardest working people I think I've ever had the chance to know.
I also know that with the addition of so many servers, they are being worked harder now than ever before. So, while it seems as though they may have taken a break, I can promise you they have not.

A little bit of overkill never hurt anyone!
