S34 cheater

Hey dont know where to write this but there is a cheater in serv 34 named name removed. He was ha and had 17 k prestige after playing 5 mins. Now changed name i scout him when he was ha he had 199 speed 180 atk. And lvl 10 in al abilities. No doubt and he went wc and admitted cheating he said he found a way so haypi cant ban him. And such. Please do something about this? Or regund al my
Money for the coins i bought since im playing honestly.
