Vice Leader chat/letters

I think that they should add some way of just communicating among the vice leaders and allaince leader. If your trying to let your vices know something it gets sort of annoying mailing each one. There should be a special chat that only the vice leaders and allaince leader can see or they should have a mail vice option. I think it would be very useful for discussing things among all the vices.

I totally agree with this. I believe it would be simple enough to add another button next to "Send Alliance Letter" for "Send Vice Letter", and have it send the letter just to the vices leaders and leader. Or they could implement something I read in another suggestion thread where you could send letters to multiple selected people, like a cc thing.

i completely agree. There are times when I need to speak with vice privately and a vice discussion would be needed and pming 5 other people is annoying lol group discussion would be way more convenient

Perhaps they could make the private chat a chatroom that you invite people to, instead of just a one-on-one selection chat. That would make it easier to have private conversations with multiple people at a time.

I'd like the Private chat to be changed to a group chat - but thats OT

I like the idea but it really isnt needed. if its important then just use pal
1) its Free
2) doesnt actually require much knowledge to set up
3) doesn't clog up haypi

Disadvantage
1) You have to leave haypi

When I was an alliance leader, I found it very hard to communicate with my vices. You have to copy, paste to 5 vices, then make sure they all responded, that you didn't lose a response, and tell people not to pm you. It's very hard, and they can't see the other vices' feedback. With 49 people in an alliance, you can't just talk on ac about private leadership stuff...

It won't work like that. For example to communicate with my vices I have to go on Alli chat but recently I found out i had a spie in my alliance. Now the only way to communicate is mail or Pm and It's very hard to make sure they all recieve the same message and It wastes my time having to answer every question they have seperately.

I really like that idea...It would help with communication between the vices and leaders.. I really hope they put this in an update
