Ok,Just to prove lvl 10 Forts can be on Any servers including ones without Kings.

Of course level 10 forts exist without Kings, they are there in the beginning.

There is a rumour that level 10 oasis cannot exist without King, totally different situation.

they use the same map? and also lvl10 oasis are true..i have seen two on s7 and when i contacted angela(support7) she comfirmed they not only are real but she gave me the way to get them...lastly look at ur achivements it is one of ur achivements to own 2 at the same time

Yes same map everywhere but oasis level are different after people start occupying
