How do I Delete Ha_###???

How do I delete Ha_###? They are clogging my alliance and I cant get rid of them. When I hit delete, a message pops up sayin that this member is not in this alliance!!! And they are unactive too.

This has happend to several people and i belive it is because the ha_#### are not technically "players" yet. Contact support and see if they can help you
