Yes most of the time. Unless they are really high lvl turrets and it also depends on your shooting lvl.

They will take out turrets lvl 1-7 or 8, im not sure, but it also depends on what shooting tech you have, most of it is dependant upon techs

as beatles said. everything depends on Att. points and techs

level 7 turrets can hit blank range and maybe up to level 2 range then level 8 is up to 3 range level 9 hits all the way to 10 same with tech 10 i may be wrong
