My logo design for Haypi Inc.

Hey guys, this is my submission of Haypi Inc.'s logo design. This is really simple but I hope it does catches your attention. This may not be the best logo in this competition, but well, yeah, I've tried my best here. Hope this hardwork of mine is a respect to other great designers in this competition as well as to Haypi Inc. Whatever the result of this competition may be, I know I have gained experience in submitting my work on the internet and exposure to designing.Thank you Haypi Inc. for organising this competition and all the best to other designers out there!

Explanation to the design:
Flags -Signifies Haypi Inc. development of its first game on iPhone, Haypi Kingdom.

Words on the flag would, of course, be the first thing that catches the attention of other people. Therefore the words should be Haypi Inc.

The banner on the bottom of the logo would show Haypi Inc.'s time of existence.

On the sides of the banner, I have added in the words "Innovation..." and "Perfection...". This is the vision of the company and by adding it to the logo, staff of Haypi Inc. will be constantly reminded for innovation in development and perfection in completion (source: http://haypi.com/about.htm).

Hey pretty nice, heres some critique (Now you have to critique me back!).
The flag poles are slightly transparent/or the line behind it is on top of it..? Make it so that the pole are either behind or in front of that line on the banner. Another thing, the text is pretty nice, but might benefit from being rotated or twisted to conform with the flag.
